Killean is located in the centre of the ground floor of the castle, with all rooms enjoying views to Arran.  A particular feature of this apartment is the turret room located off the living room, complete with rocking chair in which to enjoy the peaceful surroundings.  Further accommodation comprises sitting/dining room open plan to the kitchen, a double bedroom, a large family room with 4 single beds and bathroom with electric shower.

Heating is included in the rent, and domestic electricity is charged by meter reading.  Communal laundry facilities are available.
