Lephinbeag was formerly the gamekeeper's cottage on the estate and is located in a secluded setting approximately 10 minutes walk from the beach.  The accommodation of Lephinbeag comprises a double bedroom, second bedroom with full sized bunk beds, open plan sitting room/dining room/kitchen, separate utility room and bathroom.  The small sheltered garden is ideal for sitting in during the summer evenings.  

Laundry facilities are available at the castle and the cottage has an open fire with all logs provided.  Electricity is charged via a £1 coin meter and heating, by electric storage heaters, is charged by meter reading.
