On a working sheep farm about 10 minutes walk from the sea, Lephincorrach is the former estate farmhouse and its size makes it ideal for large families or two families holidaying together.  The house has 5 bedrooms - a double, a further double with an additional single bed, a single, and 2 twin bedded rooms upstairs.  There is a large dining kitchen, sitting room, dining room, bathroom and a shower room.  A large enclosed garden to the front of the property is ideal for ball games or simply to sit in and enjoy the wonderful scenery.

The farmhouse has a washing machine and a tumble drier.  An open fire in the living room provides added warmth for colder evenings, with all logs provided.  Electricity is charged via a £1 coin meter and heating, by electric storage heaters, is charged by meter reading.
