  • It's #bluemonday today and I missed my swim because my daughter missed the bus because I missed that it was frosty and the car had iced up! 

BUT I'm seeing it as a bonus because the drive to town was STUNNING, I did some errands, got to cuddle a BABY and caught up on some email admin whilst waiting for someone. ALL GOOD!

  • VERY lucky that my brain gets to see water every damn day! This was my first swim since Jan 1st. Bit nippy but lovely and calm after the wild, windy night.
  • Delightful South Lodge has the best views on the estate and is just over the (very quiet) road from beautiful Torrisdale Bay. 

Perfect for wild swimming, otter spotting, seal counting, bird watching and general digital detoxing.

Torrisdale is a perfect location for a self-catering hideaway. 

AND we have an on-site gin distillery and cafe - @kintyredistillery
