The amazing sunshine over the past few days has meant neglecting the blogging as I try to spend as much time outside as possible, that is until the midges get too much! A walk out on Saturday gave us a lucky sighting of two golden eagles soaring away on thermals above Rhonadale and a common spotted orchid.

Heading down the Glen we discovered the Waterfalls on Torrisdale Water, the perfect https://sapmea.asn.au/viagra-100mg/ place to cool down in some refreshing peaty water!

The walk back down the glen takes you winding through ancient birch woodland with more hidden pools, primroses, bugle, wood sorrel, unfurling hard fern, broad buckler ferns, male ferns as well as carpets of bracken and the ever present invasive Rhododendron ponticum which seems to grow just about everywhere.
